• Shipping and Payment

  It generally takes about 1 to 2 weeks to receive a wholesale order. It could take 3 weeks after Sept 30th due to Christmas Rush. All our products are handmade to your specific order. All new orders are credit card only. Museum stores and catalog companies can apply for net 30 credit.
• Returns

  Returns 

  We take returns if you are dissatisfied with any item as long as we are notified within one week of receiving your order 

  Call 770-424-0403 for a return authorization after a photo is sent and approved.

  Cost will be returned once we receive returned merchandise.

• Company Policy

  Company Policy 

  Our merchandise is warranted for one year from date of shipment. If anything is damaged during that year, we will replace it.

• Repairs

  Occasionally our customers want us to repair a much loved Elaine Coyne item. We will repair most merchandise at a fee starting at $25 and could be as high as $100 including shipping. Take a picture of the item and send to us as an attachment to ecoyne@elainecoyne.com and we can give you an approximate quote by email within 48 hours. Turn around time is generally 2 weeks.

  
  
  

• Order Minimums

  • Opening orders for new customers are a minimum of 12 pieces.
  • All reorders are a minimum of $150.
  • Drop ship if you order over $2000 per year. We will drop ship to your customer as is necessary.
